You must provide a valid, recent House Airway Bill # so that we may accurately assign a user ID and password to your company. If you need assistance locating valid HAWB numbers, please contact your local Concordia International office.

Assigning you your username and password is a manual process and may take from 24 to 48 hours to complete.

Your password must be different from both the name of your business and your User ID and be no longer than ten (10) characters in length. A Concordia International representative will contact you via email if additional information is required to validate your request.
